Pre-Kindergarten
Welcome to Pre-Kindergarten/Early Childhood Special Education! Here, we lay the foundation for academic success and lifelong learning through engaging school-readiness activities. Our program emphasizes phonological awareness, vocabulary, number sense, physical and motor skills, and social development. With our specialized approach, your child will have the skills to succeed!
Our students love attending their exciting special classes, such as Music, Art, Physical Education, and Library. To ensure they make the most of their P.E. day, please make sure your child wears comfortable tennis shoes. Additionally, don't forget to have them return any library books on their Library day.
Helpful Tips
Encourage your child to read a book before bed each night. Create a designated homework space for your child and help them stay organized by reviewing all assignments each day.
Engage in meaningful conversations with your child at the end of the day to help them unwind and express their thoughts and feelings. Provide a snack before bedtime to help your child relax and get a good night's sleep.
